White is that 20mm wide? I'd bet the medical providers would have something but the cost? Test tubes? I got 6 1oz bottles the other day and they were about $5 shipping. Is the postage that much higher up there?

So you need bottles that are a little smaller than normal but longer and still hold an ounce ?

I have never looked, but I wonder if test tubes can be purchased online reasonably? They come with little plastic caps that insert into the end of the tube that would have to be taped to keep from popping off but I think that they are roughly 9/16 of an inch which may be around 15mm if I am thinking straight.

Test tubes come in all kinds of different sizes. We have some at work that are just big enough for a Q-tip to be inserted up to some over 2" across. Wonder if one of the auction sites has any?

That right mo 9/16 and 15mm are very close.

We are actually using both. I have a couple old vehicles that are still standard size, but then there are a couple others that are pure metric. That makes it interesting some times. I will be thinking that the ol' trusty 1/2" will do the trick and it is a hair too big or too small every time. I am getting better though, I guessed a 10 mm would work for getting to a point that changing my daughters brake light bulb was possible and actually got it right the first time.

I know the feelin Mo, we used metric in school till we hit shop class, my wood work teacher had no use for it and the crusty old metal shop teacher would give you a lunch time detention for usin metric lol. Alot of stuff has both metric and real sises on it, like dozers and hoes evan trucks. Alot of the time it is just what ever bolts the manufacturer gets the best deal on I think.
