My first gun was a Remington 870 wingmaster, 20 guage, Improved cyl. It was a great quail getter! Better than I was for sure.

Savage/Springfield, cutdown for me by a brother as I was 11, 20ga. 2 3/4 only, single shot. Still got it. Still killing tree rats and dove with it too. Alot of kids in the family have started shooting with it. Its old, wasnt designed to eject the shells just push's them out a hair. Has a recoil pad about 1 1/2" thick. Alot of scars on it but its solid still. Nice to see women and kids getting into the outdoors. Boots look like a fashion statement.

I have a synthetec stoked 870, in 12ga. You will love yours, they are almost indistructable and work awsome. I wouldnt want to guess how many tens of thousand loads of shot have bean down the barrel of mine and all I have ever had to do was clean it. My wife thinks it is great you got dressed up nice to go shootin,,,,,,,,,,,means she is not the only one that does it lol.
