I bought all the stuff today to make one 24 feet 1 1/2 tube and a 1500 pound winch, But looking at yours i see i didn't get a roller fareleed.

White I am not so sure you will need the roller, I do not think my cable ever touches it. One thing I would suggest you get is the spring. My winch, I found continued to turn a little after I shut it off. I tore a couple of coon hides before I put the spring in. After the spring was added, I had no problems. I think the springs add a little give to the system. Plus the spring if stretched will keep tension on the hide. Good Luck. I would like to see a pic when you are done. I need to change this one over to a steel frame.

Wow, you must have worked on it all day No about 2 1/2 hours.But the tube was pre-cut at the shop saved some time.

These are a little better The table is ajustable in 3 settings from coon to coyote. Over all lenght 7 feet.
