If you could trap anywhere in the world for a season.
Where would it be and why.

Fr me it would probly be the Yukon, even heavier fur than I have and lots of it.

Since I have never trapped anymore than 7.5 miles from home, I have no idea.

If I could take the whole season off to trap, I'd trap right here.
Lots of fox, mink, otter, wolves, lynx, weasels, marten, fisher, beaver, muskrats and raccoon is hard to beat. Plus we dont have any possums, few skunks and few coyotes to deal with.
The only thing missing is wolverine.................maybe someday.

Been coast to coast, seen a lot of different things but in my opinion right here seems to be the best for me in trapping.High population of fur, no joe public stuck in your face.Summers are short and winters long and cold but that makes for better fur and the trapping starts sooner because the fur is primed up faster.

Iam fairly happy where i am.
But for one season i'd like to trap the Quebec Labrador border
for marten.
