well the sale so far has been very good for marten and otter. Top marten was $225.00 and top otter $122.00. My marten average is up over $23.00 from last year. The wild fur sale will continue next Monday and Tuesday for the rest of the wild fur.

I am realy happy with the sale so far, 6 martin and I got $530. I just wish I had all the martin I have in my shead in this sale, the ones in the shead are way bigger/darker and nicer than the early ones I shipped to this sale. Lets all hope these prices hold for the next sale too.

Yepper, I was right. You Canadians are going to need my one ton truck to haul your fur checks to the bank.. ;D ;D Congrats on getting good prices on your furs. I would suspect that the care, time and effort you took to put them up helped a bunch. Again, congrats

Ya martin seamed to be up across the board, the very first one I caught this year was almost a gold color and I tryed to sell her for taxi cause the year befor I caught one that was a bit darker and it took 2 sales to get me $20 for her. We this one graded XP and they sold her first time up and still got $44. I hope all you felies fur prices came up as much as mine did and good luck on the rest of the sale.

That would be nice fuzz but i think the odds are against you on the next sale. They usually do not do as good. I have learned over the years to send all of my fur on the feb or march sale, that is the best one. Your 25 marten i would save for next year if you can.

Well all my rats are sold but one, (the missing one that showed up, dont sean to be in the cataloge??) I avrg $4.53, I was hopin for a $5-$6 avrg same as last year. Now I know my rats arnt as good or big as the eastern rats, and I ship all mine, even the xsml's so that is a true avgr. Also the magority of mine were fall rats witch are naturly a smaller rat and not furred as good as spring or winter rats. In true trapper fashion of course I wanted more lol, but it is what it is. I had 1 nice big mink with scars that went for $20 and a smaller one with blue leather that went for $15, not to bad all in all.
