I never had a chance to look at the over all prices yet for this sale Trapping marten is always an adventure. Maybe a good run of beaver and try to get after some muskrats.

I picked up a new hot rod skidoo (1989 Tundra LT) so I plan on venturing farther than the old Chevy Up-lander and my snowshoes could get me last year.
I plan on taking more red fox this year. They are plentiful on my line and apparently easy to catch (because even I caught a few last year) and they are getting decent prices. I was close to $50 average this year. They are easy to put up and most of all they are my favorite fur-bearer. I would take a nice January Fox over just about anything I can think of. If I could snare a dozen fox this winter I would be ecstatic.
Second is otter for me. I have a really good amount of them on my line, they are fetching good prices and I dont mind putting them up. (even though I hear a lot of guys dont like doing them I dont seem to have much problem with them)
If 30 beaver would swim into my traps, skin, flesh and board themselves I would appreciate that also.
As a bonus a coyote and and wolf would be nice. I need those 2 to have caught everything available in Ontario. (unless we have bobcats???)

hope to do as good as last year and maybe trap an extra couple weeks if the weather is descent. Maybe trap till almost Christmas. No lynx last year but they were there, maybe snag a few this year. they always seen to come back onto my line in December. Fox would be nice to snag a bunch more, last year with all that heavy snow and so much wiped out all my good fox sets.
