I cant wait, thursday when the little girls get home from school we are off to the Fort St John's 8th anual rendezvius 
I got the camper all ready to go. The wife and I have collected over $3500 worth of prizes and money from our genorus local business, so the raffle tables should be good and full. Our kids games are all ready to go, I am runnin 2 of them this year,and another lady is runnin 2 or 3 more. I am runnin the trap board, were the kids throw tenise balls at traps for a prize, and a new one this year the ring toss. But to put an out doors theam on it I mounted an old 5x5 elk rack on a stake and the kids will have to get the ring on one of the elk's pionts to win. I am also going to run the spud sack race as well as a hard boild egg in spoon race for the todlers ( scotch tape around the egg ota make it alittle more fun for all LOL). Some were in that day of fun I am also going to do a musk rat skinnin/ boardin demmo for the kids to, as rats are eazy to catch and they are often the first critter that a young trapper catches.
Our raffles should be realy good to, we are rafflen off a marlin 45/70 rifle, a 17 hmr (not sure the brand I havent sean it yet) a husky power saw, gas wead wacker, $500 gift card or cash for the ladys and so much more. Almost a full load for my truck litterly, pluss I am sure alot of other donations will show up the day of, they always do. The people that come to our event are realy genorus, and do a great job of collecting donations in thier own towns just to bring to the event.
We will be doing the chicken poo bingo again, as well as the king and quean trapper contests, and the Jr trappers contests. a banok bake for the kids and much much more. I will do my best to get as many pix as I can of the fun to share with you guys.
