I was in in the market for a rack for my pickup. There not built very well and cost a good chunk of change. I built one that will fit my needs.
Then i went on to build a bolt on for the 4 wheeler so i would not have to strap it in. One 5/8 pin holds it in. Need to add a safty chain yet.
This is what it looks like on my wheeler
This is my wheeler setup.
It holds a shovel,stake puller and catch pole.
