Last nite at work i went outside on my break. My boss and others were standing around my truck talking about using leverage against other people. My catch pole was in the back of my truck. My boss made the comment that if you put that pole on someone you could do anything you wanted to do with that person. You have one person in every bunch. He is the biggest guy there of course. Well! He insisted i put that around his neck first. My reply was absolutely not. Then he said to put it on his wrist. I put it on his wrist loosely. He thought he could get out and get a hold of me. In one motion i pushed the pole away from me and in a downward motion. I flipped him over and he did a nose dive into the ground. Besides having a sore wrist now he has a knot on his forehead about the size of a golf ball. Why is it that some people just can not take a persons word. But have to learn from example.

LOL I should try that with my forman tomorrow, but I am going to have to convince him to go for the neck catch lol
