Thanks fellas, Wolf I am at 8 coyotes so far. That poor little bob tail coyote was in ruff shape head to toe scars, some old some new. Brocken ear cartilage, gibled foot and the list keeps going, I think I did it a faver.

Well I got skunked on the trap line this mornin, I almost had 1 coyote but as we came into the field we pushed him off of my set  he was right there, a few more minets and we would have had him :twisted: :twisted: And just to top it off I found out that a coyote can beat a 1 ton dodge in a sprint for the tree line across a harvested conola field. Note to self nead a faster trappin truck ;D ;D  Now after all that we went to our local trappers assoc meating, had a good time and some good food. did some BS'n with some good old trappers. We always raffle off a rifle and have a table full of door prizes to draw for too. Well Mrs Fuzz won a can of coffey, some nice ratchet straps, and a watch. I got drawn for some girly wrappin paper, and some martin boards, then we drew cards for the rifle and as luck would have it I won the rifle  It is a black syntetic Savage 17hmr, clip fead bolt auction. I put a scope on it tonight and tomorow I will get her sighted in. So it was a great day after all. |

We have a meatin every spring and fall, just let me know and I will find out a date and you can just skeduell a trip, come clean up on prizes and save all the money it would have caust to move. lol.

Good for you fuzz winning all those prizes. How about next year you just put all our names in for the draws and if we win then we will make the trip....lol. Mind you we will stay a few days and skin for you

Well the snow was blowin a bit this mornin, but I did manage to fool this female coyote with my dirt hole set. Caught her by both front feet, she wasnt goin any were ;D   |

Camalot- I catch a few like that every year cause of the way I make my sets and place my trap.
White- the trap is a #3 montana fully modded, good traps

It got realy cold last night -14c and it caust me 3 coyotes, buggers worked my sets and the traps were frozen down to much to fire Too bad that would have made for a nice afternoon of skinnin lol. I did catch this nice little red thow, most likely the mate to the last one I caught as it was only a 1/2 mile from there, I always seam to catch pairs, I have no idea why but I do.  |
