Yes that is true Fuzz. Son did not make it in. Apparently there was a change of plans at work. He is on his way home now. 7 hours drive from the South West corner of Kansas. So we will get to hunt tomorrow afternoon and the weekend for sure.

May have a short lay up H. If they do, when they come out I bet they are gonna hit them feeders hard!

Well one more possum to the tally. Saw 7 does, no bucks. Son slept in, it was after midnight when he got home. After working all day and then driving another 7 hours to get home, I don't blame him for sleeping in. Took a couple of pic's for you guys to look at.

Yes Cam, we are in a weather transition, It cannot make up its mind if it is going to be cold or hot. I think by Sunday the cold will win out. It will be 30 F tonight and in the teens Sat night thru Tuseday night. Should help the coons decide what they are going to do.

Had one coon this morning off the creek. 15 lbs and 11 oz. Saw a few doe, but no bucks. Tree stand is in a tall ash tree. It swayed so much I got sea sick and had to crawl down. Wind gust up to 30 mph and sustained wind at about 20 MPH. We will hunt the alfalfa field this evening. (from the ground)
