Do you think there is a market for them locally if you were to get them tanned?
I think Moyles tans them for around $50 each??? Would be a lot better than getting a $1
If I could ever get the hang of catching them its sure tempting to spend the money and tan 5 or 6 and see what happens. You would think maybe some tourist spots and fishing lodges would buy one for the "decor".

I know up here the hunting guides buy tanned ones and sell them at thier lodges to thier hunters, I know a few fellas that keep the local ones here suplied with hides and make a fair doller doin it. Might be somthin worth lookin in to.

I have done that in past and most times get $250 to $300.00 for case skinned and tanned. To tan out of International in Winnipeg is aroune $110.00. I hate to get anything tanned if it is not good. I would hate to sell a poor pelt just to make some cash.If i have good wolf then i will sell that way, i do not want to be known for selling crap wolves. The way i see it is if i can catch it then skin and sell no matter what the price.
