I have done that in past and most times get $250 to $300.00 for case skinned and tanned. To tan out of International in Winnipeg is aroune $110.00. I hate to get anything tanned if it is not good. I would hate to sell a poor pelt just to make some cash.If i have good wolf then i will sell that way, i do not want to be known for selling crap wolves. The way i see it is if i can catch it then skin and sell no matter what the price. I agree that if was a junk pelt not to waste the time or money tanning it. But I dont think just because the buyers at NAFA deem it a junk pelt doesn't mean its not perfectly acceptable as a wall hanger. Since I cant seem to catch one, maybe i will buy some of yours next season and give it a go. ;D
