I checked with the Trappers Local President last night to see how Garnet is doing. He was taken to Edmonton where he underwent some surgeries to his spine and to remove some cancer. He is now back in Fort St John hospital. Not sure what the outcome will be but he is very optimistic and up beat.
Keep Garnet in your thoughts and prayers.

I have talked with Garnet a few times in the past couple weeks. Last chat was couple days back. He is headed home to his place for Christmas. They have a bed that they will set up for him. He will be at home from the 23 December till the 28th. His mother will be there with him. If you would like his phone number pm me, i'm sure he would love to hear from you guys.
