I board my mink on martin boards, and you are right there is a big and small board for martin and for fisher. My fisher board is very close in profile to a red fox board.

Scent less mink skinning;
After making the regular cuts around the anus, take hold of the few hairs around the anus, now make several careful cuts around the anus and scent glands ( which are attached to one another). There you have removed both. Continue on with the skinning free from worry about breaking the scent gland. Do not throw it away, use it at your next set for an attractant.

That is exactly what I did lol, I have saved all my glands in a jar and froze them. How do you use them as an atractor? any tips that help me catch more mink would be great.
