Phone your local hiways matinace company, most of the time they are incharge of gettin rid of road kill, I have offers to save them the trip all the way to the land fill if they phone me, I drive to the kill site they load it on me with the loader and bingo bait to go.

we got three and then the bait was gone and then none. LOL Surprise ,surprise . The other fellow is looking after them because I am away working. H e is new to snareing so his lerning was watching me set a few and I told him the rest will come with experience. I havn't had anymore complaints so I am hopeing things cooled down a bit only a month and they will be close enough to prime that I will hit them hard. I am not into the whole adc work thing I am just trying to passify some old ladies. Besides I have my reseves about how well bait is going to work this fall with the record rodent populations due to the monsoon rains this year.

well went and pulled the snares today . Wa had 2 more. I will wait now until they prime up a bit and the weather is colder so none spoil. Had a little trouble last year with the big males with a belly full of bait spoiling or at least greener than I like to deal with because of the very warm conditions all through November. This was with 48 hour checks using power rams.

Looks like you are handling the situation very nicely oldyote. I have a couple people I am trying to string along with some "problem" beavers till season and they start priming. I understand your situation to some degree, except no one is threatening with poison. Good job!
