Helping out a freind of my sisters to get rid of some problem beavers. Set up 4 snares yesterday and had a 50lb and 35lb beavers in this morning. Pelts are still far from prime, but we salvaged the meat for bait and the glands for lure.

Nice catch! How's it looking for other trapping?

Nice catch! How's it looking for other trapping? Dude! words can't describe it. Already came across nice cat tracks scouting for coons along the creek! LOADS of ringtails. very few rats there, though. good thing we have several other ponds in the area that are needing a thinning! Of course the never failing grinner of the canine world are thick as ever!
