Ever wonder about being caught with one hand in a 330. How you were going to get it off,,with no one around Or falling through the ice on a cold day,what you would do, What supplies do you carry in case of emergency, Do you always carry matches or a lighter,,, is it in your pocket on your machine or in your truck?  ?? |

A lenght of rope will get you out of a 330 if you got 1 hand free.
I carry wooden matches in a pill bottle ,Theres always a lighter
in the truck.

Simple things can make all the difference,,i always have a lighter
on me.

I remember the time I fell through the ice in the creek, -25 and i had my waders on, it was up to my neck and I couldnt get out because the ice kept breaking, I was in 1mile, and had a good walk back to the jeep, I finally had to lye down in the water and put my foot up on the ice with my neck on a pices of ice behind me and rolled out, when i crawled to the bank, my waders and coat froze solid, i could hardly get up, lucky I had 2 rat skins in my pocket i used for gloves, or my hands would have frozen,
I made it to the jeep but i am very very carefull on ice now for sure,,
