I hope some of you have noticed the advertisements that appear in the second block of this forum. I have examined some of these advertisement. One I looked at was for a home refinance at a lower rate. The add said you could get a free quote. I started filling out the info, but stopped as soon as it asked for my social. Another I just looked at was for a free IQ test. At the end before you get your answer it asked for my cell phone number and the Pin. The point I am trying to make is never, I repeat Never, give your social security number or any PIN number to anyone on the Internet unless you sought them out and only then if the site is a secured site.
