Pictured below is a MB 650 with the springs for the levers and a 550 with common levers. What set up do you find best.

There's less chance of freezing with the 650 style.

x2 I only have a few wire leaver traps and I kinda like them better, seams to me they should come threw the ground better and less likly to freaze, the regular leavers are alittle eazer on the hands but not alot.

I do not have any traps with the wire levers. If the style like is on the MB 550's hurt your hands, you can put the end in a vise and bend it down just a tad so the sharp edge lays a little flat. Sure makes a big difference on the hands when setting
