I have never caught one in a foothold trap. I have a few #1ls's and a few 1 1/2ls's I have wanted to set for them but time has never allowed it. #1 1/2ls is what I was told to use when I inquired about it.

I have sean alot of pix of mink drownd with a 1.5 ls braclet ls there must be somthin to them lol, here I have to use a drownin systom or waight on anything smaller than a 1.5 for rats so I put all my #1 and #0 on a drownin wire with a waight on one end. I am always hopin in the fall a mink will stress test one of these sets but so far no luck lol
