These 2 moose pass this area every 2 weeks.
moose season is only 9 days.

9 days away, never heard of that early of a season? Even if it is for bow hunting. Any way if you start the first week of August good luck, and if you connect you will be eating fresh moose steak 2 and half months before us.

Our moose season is in October wolf.
Just saying the moose are passing in 2 week cycles and the hunting season is only 9 days long.

Our season for moose starts on aug 15, havent done any scouting yet but I cant wait to go get one.

Our season for moose starts on aug 15, havent done any scouting yet but I cant wait to go get one. Our bear season opens on Aug. 15 moose doesn't open until October 8th. I have been seeing a few moose around, only one cow with a calf so far though.  I'm going to the trap-line on Friday for a look around, see whats changed. If the blueberries survived the heat I know a good spot to sit and watch for bears. I might go back in the middle of September or so and see if I can get one............ |
