Was looking to make some more subs and would like to to use this 1x2 14 g like in the archives but can not find any any where in Canada . Any sudgestions on where in Canada It can be bought?

I wanted the 1/2 by 1 for makin the small square coliny traps and for the bottom of some rabbit cages, they gave me the same look lol, but I have bean told that UFA stores carry it, and will be stoppin buy the one in Grand Prairrie this mornin to find out if it is fact or fiction, I will let ya know.

Well they had a few feet of the 1/2 by 1 wire I wanted, but they were realy low on all thier wire. They told me they could get your stuff no problem so if ya get a chance talk to you ufa store.

I got a roll on its way from the local hardware! Seeing how my few colony traps sat for twenty years since we had rats last if we don't get some huge spring rains this will probaly sit til then also. LOL at least I will be ready for next time!

False alarm. The wire showed up and it was 2x4. They tell me that's all they can get in 14 gauge. Will have to check Ufa

I live near a large area of city, and I only found one place within driving distance that sold 1X2 14ga wire. They called it "cage wire." We just made 15 colony traps out of a 36in x 25ft long roll. We made them 5x5x24. They fit nicely inside our 6x6 traps for convenience. Been several times I wish I had a colony and had to place a 110 instead over the colony being one inch to tall and would freeze in.... the 5x5 gives us a little more "ceiling" room.
