Ok so I was just wundering now that rat prices are on the rise do you think it is ok to cut into rat push ups and houses come winter? I don't usuly do it out of fear of freezing them out but with all these rats around living in some tinny sloughs unless we have huge snow fall they will freeze out anyways. Just wundering what your opinions

just cut out two holes one on either side of hut or pushup and set connibear 110 with a cut carrot or potatoe on trigger and wait . no worry about freezing hut or push up.

I have heard of that have you had much luck doing it? Do you hang it just under the ice like beaver ? Does it work on shallow sloughs?
