No I am till at 99 rats lol. The wolfs hit my bait alittle bit last night, I only set a few snares as they didnt have to much for trails yet. I have to work but I hope to get back out sat afternoon.

The rancher who's place I put the wolf bait out called and said the wolfs had hit the bait hard so I went there today to hang somore snares. As I pulled up to the bait pile (my pet cow  ) I saw wolf tryin to exit stage left, so I grabbed my old 25/06 and ruined his escape ;D ;D  He was one of the nicest lookin wolfs I have ever killed, but unfortunaly it had mange   It had a big rub from the mange on its back and on one side of its neck.  caught this little fella too In one of the few wolf snares I set out the last time I was at the bait I picked up a coyote, but the birds may have ruined it, once I jerk the bones out of it we will know for sure. I didnt take a pix cause it was kinda ugly from the birds and was frozen into a furry log coverd in snow. All in all it was a great day on the line, also set out another 6 martin boxes. |

My friend just stopped by with my scale and we waighd my wolf, 90lbs right on the button, my biggest so far.

No wolfs today but I did shoot a little coyote and had a weasel in a martin box.   |
