I have the two spots on the golf course to try and get them also when the ice is gone . I have never trapped more than a couple beaver in open water. What I like about the ice is I can drive right to them. I also have to watch for the wire chewing muskrats at town if they wintered to catch them before they start fighting.

Pulled the last two houses today. Caught 3 nice big beavers. Two in connibears in entrances and the only snare pole I had out picked up the biggest one. Never got any field pics because of the rain . Did take some when I got home and sent them to photo bucket but now it won't let me edit them to post them. I will try tomorrow.

well it sounds like you done great on the beavers, congrats. If the weather works I want to get out and set a few as soon as the water opens.
