Jeez, I hate to admit this. I had no catches last night. Out of 52 traps, zilch, zero, goose egg. I am very frustrated right at the moment.

I agree with cam it happens H..You can try changing you bait in a few sets see if it makes a difference,

Thanks for the encouragement, I did a change up on the bait yesterday on 15 sets, It made no difference. We will see what tomorrow brings I guess. I do not know what else to do.

I had one lonely Sow Coon off the pond dam. She weighed about 18 pounds (guesstimated) She is skinned and in the frezer.

Thanks Guys, I suspect it will pick up. I looked at my journal from last year, although I did not set traps out till Dec 14th last year, I have caught almost the same amount of fur in the same number of days. So I am on better trac than I thought I was.

I ran the two traplines this morning. Had a decent coon and a small possum, both came off the creeks. Had high winds and a drastic drop in temprature last night, Should warm back up by the weekend.

Right now, it would be around 15-17 pounds, Later in the season when it turns, cold it will go up to around 20
